We provide assurance services on stand-alone or consolidated financial statements. Our expertise covers both Luxembourg legal requirements and International Financial Reporting Standards.

As well as the above we perform financial audits in the framework of the acquisition or the sale of a company.
Our clients are both listed and non listed industrial and commercial companies, financial structures, funds, securitization companies, public or not for profit entities, reinsurance companies.
A number of our staff are members of the Institut des Réviseurs d'entreprises (the Luxembourg Institute of Independent Auditors) and are registered as Réviseurs d'Entreprises Agréés with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
