COMMISSAIRE (SUPERVISORY AUDITOR) IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 62 OF THE LUXEMBOURG COMMERCIAL LAW

A specific team is dedicated to the engagements of supervisory auditor, which are required by the Luxembourg commercial law for S.A. and the thresholds set by the law are as below :  

Such engagements include :

• Commissaire in accordance with Art. 62 of the law on the annual accounts
• Commissaire to the liquidation
• Commissaire in the framework of the distribution of an interim dividend
